Thank you for shopping at Little Daisy Co. ! We want to make sure your favorite items get to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Note: You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.


2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders!

3. Shipping Destinations & Exclusions

We proudly ship to customers all over the world! However, please note that we do not ship to India at this time. If an order is accidentally placed with a shipping address located in India, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded automatically.

  • Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Little Daisy Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within e.g., 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at aakashjha2017@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


5. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, please check out our full Return Policy.

  • Damaged Items: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at aakashjha2017@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
